  If I could give a negative star I would. I came in to pay my bill a few days ago and was astonished by the way the General Manager treated his employees. He was coursing at them and shouting from the back, which everyone in the store could hear. I was making conversation with the lady working there that day and from the looks of it that's the way he acts on a regular basis. I am surprised he hasn't been fired yet. What a shame to be working with someone who does not know how to treat other human beings.

  The customer service here is awful. I waited outside this store in 35 degree weather for 30 minutes in before they opened to get the iPhone X. From the minute I got there, the employees saw me. Once they let me in they told me they didn’t have the phone in yet. Obviously that’s not their problem. But they didn’t once think to ask me if I was waiting for that. When I spoke with their employee, Christopher, he told me that they weren’t allowed to open the door to tell me. I know this isn’t true because they let me in before they officially opened anyway, not to mention, he could have asked through the door. It isn’t sound proof. And Christopher gave me attitude about it anyway! Every time I’ve spoken with Christopher, which is probably two or three times now, he has been nothing but incompetent. This is from the general lack of understanding how to speak with customers to appearing to have no knowledge of the products at the store. For the amount that I spend on a phone bill every month, I would expect a lot more from a phone company.
