    Walked in just to pay my bill and I had to sit and wait for 25 minutes while one cashier flirted with a customer speaking Spanish very loudly and laughing obnoxiously and the other cashier was taking her sweet time too. When I was helped this old ass white lady was taking FOREVER just to try and use the tablet and trying to upsell me some other BS about adding a line and trying way too hard to have a conversation with me. How is she the manager? She was asking everyone around her for help, even the girl who was training had more knowledge than her. Took me 45 minutes total to go in and out to get my damn bill paid. I'm never stepping foot in this store AGAIN and they really need to fire that lady because she clearly is not worthy of her position with a lack of technical knowledge like that.

    CINDY THE MANAGER WAS SUPER RUDE. HONESTLY SHE SEEMED UPSET TO BE BEHIND THE COMPUTER IN THE FIRST PLACE. HAD AN ISSUE AND INSTEAD OF EMPATHY SHE WANTS TO START POINTING FINGERS? SHE HAD TO HAVE HER REPS HELP HER IN ASSISTING ME AS SHE DIDN’T KNOW A SIMPLE PROCESS? HOW IS SHE THE MANAGER?

    My experience shopping in the store on March 3rd was fantastic. My issuer didn't arise until the point that the bill was due. I have my phone bill paid by check each month so I repeatedly asked while I was in the store "I will be able to send a check in to pay the bill?". The sales people repeatedly assured me that there would be no problem. Well as you can guess this was not the case. It had caused me a great deal of inconvenience and stress. Not to mention the option to resolve my billing issue is to change it to a truly post paid account. So they run my credit and then proceed to tell me that I owe $500 from an account I had in 2004. I've never had a T-Mobile phone before now, and they won't tell me how to file a fraud case to rectify the issue of the fraudulent old account.
