- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★August 10, 2019, by PT TidwellWait time was about 15 minutes but it was a pretty busy Saturday morning. All 5 Sprint representatives were busy assisting the 12 customers present. One can observe that they were friendly, knowledgeable about products & plans, and efficient in serving guests. Lizley took care of everything I needed (upgrading an iPhone and billing concerns) and was super warm in her interaction with me. I felt very satisfied and secure in her service (as the well the manager, James, I believe). I highly recommend this store and am pretty pleased w/ Sprint’s care overall.
