  Great customer service, we had a lot of questions and they answer all of them, they are really good at what they do. I really recommend coming to this location if you are looking for a sprint store or just to change carrier.

  So far not impressed. Went in and they told us they were signing us up for an 80 dollar per month plan. They signed us up for a $200 a month plan instead. First bill came and I said “well first bill is usually higher “ second bill came and by then the store was closed due to hail. Waited for store to re open and now they are trying to say I waited too long and put it under investigation. Meanwhile leaving us with $400 dollars in extra charges that we can’t pay. Ask to speak to a district manager and I get a run around and told I can’t personally speak with them. Still waiting for pending investigation. If they own up to their mistake, and refund us, I will gladly change my review but for now,... buyer beware.
