  I purchased 2 bottles of wine, they were put in one thin paper bag. I took them outside and one bottle tore right through the paper bag and crashed onto the sidewalk. I asked for another bottle of wine to replace the one that i just purchased and he refused, saying it was my responsibility to ask for a double bag. They never should have put two in the same bag without Double bagging it. It's ridiculous customer service to refuse to replace something that could have been avoided easily.
