  Critically understaffed. Employees are not helpful and if you manage to actually find someone to help you navigate the oversized lanes, other people will come over and start asking them for help. Some guy was helping me when another person asked him something, he said it would be 5 seconds and then just disappeared. Just buy tools on Amazon if you know what you need

  Terrible over the phone service. No one knows how to transfer a call to another department. Whenever you try calling in, eventually you'll get transferred, put on hold, transferred and then hung up on. Apparently not a single associate in this store is remotely competent with regard to answering phones or directing someone to another department. The store itself is stocked just like any other home depot, but also like any other home depot good luck if you need any assistance from any one. Knowledgeable associates are few and far between - The other day I was in the store and I was asking for new blades for a multitool. I held up the actual multi tool that is on display in the store and asked the associate where the blades were for it and she responded by asking me what the tool was.
