  Horrible customer service. Was guaranteed delivery of my washer dryer if I went with Best Buy and canceled my order with Home Depot - delivery with Best Buy was a no show and now they are delaying things another 4 days and no one at the store can help me. I took time off of work once, and unfortunately I do not have the luxury to miss more - will never purchase anything with Best Buy again.

  I was surprised and thoroughly impressed by the hard work and dedication of all of the phone (verizon) experts that helped me out (especially Sean, thank you!). Patient, kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to see everybody win. Oh also it was Black Friday -- they handled it like PROS.
