  I bought an essential phone from here 6 weeks ago. I bought local for support, the screen dies and best buy tells me to call essential otherwise I lose my phone for a week at best. Remind me why I chose to spend my money locally?? Awesome support guys, real nice way to keep the customer coming back. B

  The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the young man that proactively helped us. While shopping for cellular phones today. My daughter, 18, approached 3 associates and asked where the iPhone headphones were located. All 3 completely ignored her. Didn't even look in her direction and she was standing directly by each of them. We are African American so it makes it even more insulting that someone would treat my daughter this way. Not only did we purchase an $850 phone but also chargers, cases, accessories, and finally the headphones that the young gentleman that was helping me told her were they where. One young man in this store definitely knows what good customer service is.
